I know that WC is quite a bit younger, but she had SPD which can present itself as ADHD/ADD. Just a shot in the dark- and ignore me if I'm offending you, but if you want to look at other options than meds, we had great luck seeing an OT who does listening therapy. (The only reason I mention no-meds is because you said you like her behavior better off meds...) Anyway, we got her sensory system back to a better place and the fits and screaming and agressiveness has mostly stopped. We are now also doing some behavior therapy to teach me how to disclipline her in a way that will work effectively with her SPD and her personality.
